What I do
Three ways in, depending on how far you want me to go.
Everyone starts in the same place: a session that works out what's actually wrong. After that it splits: some people need to change how they lead, most need someone to come in and rebuild the thing that's broken.
Something feels off but you can't name it. The team's busy, you're busy, and the business still isn't moving the way it should. This is half a day spent working out why: your systems, your team, and your own patterns as a leader, looked at together rather than separately. You leave knowing what's broken, why, and what to do first.
What's included
- Half a day of focused work, recorded for you
- Pre-session intake so we don't waste the first twenty minutes
- A specific, honest diagnosis
- Written summary with your priority action
Right for you if
- You're spinning and not sure why
- The team keeps growing but you're still doing everything
- You want straight talk, not affirmations
- You're prepared to hear something uncomfortable
Sometimes you don't need help thinking. You need someone to come in and do it. I scope each project on its own, so you're paying for the actual work rather than a retainer that quietly renews. I'm as comfortable writing the process as building the tool that runs it. That's unusual, and it's why these projects tend to finish.
Right for you if
- You already know what's broken, you just haven't had the hands to fix it
- The team's outgrown the systems, or the lack of them, and everyone's improvising around the gaps
- You've tried an off-the-shelf tool before and it didn't stick
- You want someone who'll build the thing, not just recommend it
Covers
- Operational reviews and rebuilds
- Systems and process design
- Workflow tools, built to fit rather than bought off the shelf
- Documentation people can actually follow
- Project management and implementation support
How it runs
- Scoped and priced before anything starts
- Fixed price per project, no retainer
- Six weeks to six months, depending on scope
- Handover and training included, so it survives me leaving
One-to-one coaching, for when what needs to shift is you rather than the systems around you. Three phases: Clarity, Shift, Embed.
Still not sure which one you need?
That's what the first call is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right person.
